Reimbursements for goods purchased
Town and Country will advance up to $200 for purchases or
payments made while running errands or performing services.
Reimbursement is expected upon delivery of goods or services.

Home PC User Coaching Recommend and install anti-virus, anti-spam
and firewall programs; and provide coaching on email, digital photos, web
camera, web browsing and basic PC file management. This is an excellent
gift for a senior getting started with home computing.
$50/per hour. Contact us to schedule this service.

Relocation Services Assistance with relocation to a new home or
office.

		We coordinate the move and help with packing, moving, removing
		disposables and recyclables, donating usables to charities, and selling of household items.
		We help you move into and organize your new space, furnish the
		home with essentials, and put things away.
		We will also coordinate utilities and other services for you.
		If you are new to Ann Arbor, we can provide a community orientation
		to help you get used to your new city.

This service can be especially useful for senior citizens downsizing into
their new retirement residence.

Small Event Planning As much or as little help as you need to plan and
host your small party, shower, dinner or outing. We will help you plan and
invite guests, design your invitations and brochures, pick up party goods, do
lite housekeeping before guests arrive, set up, clean up, serve, coordinate
your caterer and prep your cooking for you or do a little cheffing for you for a
small dinner.
$30/per hour or ask for a free estimate for your event.

Personal Organization We will help you organize your life- closets and
drawers, bills, records, travel arrangements, bookshelves- if it needs to be
organized, we can make it work better for you.
$30/per hour or ask for a free estimate for your project.
$40/per hour for home or office cleaning or ask for a free estimate.

Waiting Around- Yes, we will wait around for you, for deliveries and
service/repair services. While we are there, we will pick up and do a little
lite housekeeping, defrost or start dinner, straighten a closet, wrap gifts or
whatever else you would like to have done.
